Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. Scope of Application

The following terms and conditions apply to all contracts concluded between you and us as the provider (Raul Maria Mungenast) via the website www.raulmaria.com.
Unless otherwise agreed, the inclusion of any terms and conditions used by the customer is hereby expressly rejected.

2. Conclusion of Contract
​
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.
The purchase contract is concluded once the order has been confirmed.

3. Prices
​
All prices are stated in euros.
Unless otherwise indicated, prices include the applicable statutory value-added tax (VAT).

4. Payment
​
The following payment methods are accepted:

5. Delivery
​
Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer.
The delivery time is specified during the ordering process.
For custom-made and made-to-order items, the delivery time may be up to four (4) weeks.

6. Right of Withdrawal
​
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG).

7. Retention of Title
​
The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.

8. Warranty
​
The statutory warranty provisions apply.

9. Liability
​
Claims for damages are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

10. Governing Law
​
Austrian law shall apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB)
1. Geltungsbereich

Die nachstehenden Geschäftsbedingungen gelten für Verträge, die Sie mit uns als Anbieter (Raul Maria Mungenast) über die Internetseite www.raulmaria.com schließen. Soweit nicht anders vereinbart, wird der Einbeziehung gegebenenfalls von Ihnen verwendeter eigener Bedingungen widersprochen.
2. Vertragsabschluss
Die Darstellung der Produkte im Online-Shop stellt kein rechtlich bindendes Angebot dar.
Der Kaufvertrag kommt zustande, sobald die Bestellung bestätigt wird.
3. Preise
Alle Preise sind in Euro angegeben.
Sofern nicht anders ausgewiesen, enthalten die Preise die gesetzliche Umsatzsteuer.
4. Zahlung
Folgende Zahlungsmethoden werden akzeptiert:
- Überweisung
- PayPal (über Wix Stores)
5. Lieferung
Die Lieferung erfolgt an die vom Kunden angegebene Lieferadresse.
Die Lieferzeit wird im Bestellprozess angegeben.
Die Lieferzeit bei Anfertigungen und Made-to-order Stücken kann sich auf bis zu 4 Wochen belaufen
6. Widerrufsrecht
Verbrauchern steht ein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht gemäß Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetz (FAGG) zu.
Die Widerrufsbelehrung ist gesondert auf der Website geregelt.
7. Eigentumsvorbehalt
Die Ware bleibt bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung Eigentum des Verkäufers.
8. Gewährleistung
Es gelten die gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsbestimmungen.
9. Haftung
Schadenersatzansprüche sind ausgeschlossen, soweit gesetzlich zulässig.
10. Anwendbares Recht
Es gilt österreichisches Recht unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts.
